A STRONG WEATHER FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH AN INTENSE STORM SYSTEM IN THE BERING SEA IS RAPIDLY APPROACHING SOUTHCENTRAL ALASKA. THIS FRONT WILL PRODUCE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS IN THOMPSON PASS AND HEAVY SNOW IN THE NORTHERN AND WESTERN SUSITNA VALLEY.
Talked to my buddy who’s been down there since last Sunday, he said they already have 18 inches of fresh powder on the ground and now this new storm front is hitting tonight. So Trish and I will be driving down tomorrow afternoon to give the snow plows time to do their magic. Of course this does mean I’m going to miss a day of riding, but when we do make it it should be EXCELLENT riding…
