The good news is that it wasn’t very cold during the power outage. Of course that is all relevant to whatever one is use to, I figure 20 degrees above zero is a decent temp to lose power under. The temps did drop to a chilly -30 to -40 below zero this past week, but are now back in the above zero range, was a balmy 9 above this morning. Compared to the -41 below I had yesterday morning on my drive into work, it was great.
And with some new snow fall, its time to get the sleds on the trail. Taking the Bearcat in for some warranty work and doing my pre-season go over on the M sled. Plan to get some miles on tomorrow (Sat) and maybe get a chance to haul some materials into the cabin over Thanksgiving weekend.
